Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist Location: Torquay Salary: Up to £46,(Apply online only) Shift: Monday - Friday / 8-4 Job Role of the Continuous Improvement Specialist This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business operating within a fast-paced production environment supplying into the construction and building products sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement activity across manufacturing processes, operational performance, productivity, waste reduction and workflow optimisation. Working as part of the central Business Improvement team, the role will focus on embedding a stronger continuous improvement culture across site, working closely with operational leaders and shop floor teams to deliver measurable operational improvements. The role will suit a hands-on Continuous Improvement professional who enjoys balancing shop floor involvement with project-based improvement work and is comfortable influencing teams within a traditional manufacturing environment.
