Asset Administrator

As an Asset Administrator in Salford within the Not For Profit sector, you'll play a key role in supporting the property team with day-to-day administrative tasks. From maintaining records to coordinating essential activities, your work will help ensure the smooth management of property assets. Client Details A Not For Profit organisation based in Salford. Description Maintain and update property records and documentation accurately. Coordinate and schedule property inspections and maintenance activities. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for the property team. Respond to enquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders. Support the property team with administrative tasks and data entry. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies. Manage and organise files, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval. Collaborate with other departments to support property-related projects.Profile A successful Asset Administrator should have: Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the property or Not For Profit sector. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and data. Proficiency in using office software and database systems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Job Offer Hourly rate of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
