Ganger - Marlborough (SN8)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger to lead a team of labourers on a large-scale residential project in Marlborough (SN8). This is a long-term opportunity (minimum 2 years) with consistent work on a well-established site. Key Responsibilities: Leading and supervising a team of labourers Working hands-on alongside the team Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring productivity Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site Requirements: Valid CSCS card SMSTS certification PASMA ticket Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites Strong leadership and communication skills Pay & Benefits: £20.00 per hour (CIS) Weekly pay Long-term, stable work (2+ years) If you're an experienced Ganger looking for a secure, long-term role, apply now or get in touch for more information
