Recruitment Resourcer

We help our clients around the world find and secure the best talent in these fast-moving markets. As a Research Consultant, you'll be right at the heart of that mission — sourcing, engaging, and assessing brilliant talent for our clients. You'll own the full recruitment process end-to-end, from getting under the skin of what a client actually needs, through to sourcing, screening, and presenting the right candidates. To do well in this role, you'll build genuine relationships with clients (both internal and external) so you really understand their hiring needs, culture, and goals. You'll use a mix of sourcing methods — database searches, networking, job boards, social media — to track down high-calibre candidates. Once you've found them, you'll run screening interviews to check they're a good fit, then guide them through the process from there. This is a role for people who think on their feet and love the details. You'll need to keep a solid pipeline of great candidates on the go at all times, while keeping an eye on what's happening across the industry, your competitors, and the wider market. What we're looking for Recruitment or sales experience is a bonus, but we're happy to consider people from other backgrounds too. What really matters is that you can work at pace in a busy, detail-heavy environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills will go a long way, as will being able to prioritise, manage your time well, and get on with things independently. Bonus points if you've used an ATS or other recruitment tools before.
