Mechanical Supervisor – Stobhill 🛠️ We’re recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a busy site team in Stobhill. 💼 The Role: As Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day mechanical operations on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll lead engineers, coordinate tasks, and act as the key point of contact for mechanical works. 📍 Location: Stobhill 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday 🔧 Key Duties: * Supervising mechanical engineers and subcontractors * Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance * Ensuring compliance with H&S and site procedures * Managing workloads, permits, and site documentation * Supporting project delivery and client communication ✅ Requirements: * Strong background in mechanical building services / maintenance * Previous supervisory or team leader experience * Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g. NVQ / City & Guilds) * Good knowledge of health & safety regulations * Strong organisational and leadership skills 🎯 What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary (dependent on experience) * Stable Monday–Friday role * Opportunity to step into a key leadership position * Supportive team and long-term prospects
