Production Operative (Food Industry) – Temp to Perm 📍 Location: HX7 (Hebden Bridge area) 💰 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay 🕓 Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm 📅 Contract: Temporary to Permanent Description: We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing company based in HX7. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates. You will be working in a cold food production environment, assisting with the preparation, packaging, and quality control of food products. Key Duties: * Working on a fast-paced production line preparing and packing food items * Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards * Following all health and safety procedures * Meeting daily production targets * Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping within the production area Requirements: * Previous experience in food production or a similar environment (preferred but not essential) * Ability to work in a chilled environment * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team * Good attention to detail and willingness to learn Benefits: * Temp to perm opportunity after successful probation * Monday to Friday daytime hours – no weekends * Weekly pay * Holiday pay accrued * Onsite parking and supportive team environment
