Machine Operator

I am currently looking to recruit 2 x permanent Machine Operators for a specialist manufacturer near Stafford. Duties * Operate machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures. * Ensure hourly performance is monitored and recorded. * Identify and correct product quality issues. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Complete cleaning tasks as per standard operating procedures. * Record production data that ensures full product traceability. The ideal requirements are * Educated to GCSE level * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment. This role is working a rota of 4 days in Week 1, Mon-Thu 6.45am to 7pm followed by 3 nights in Week 2, Mon - Wed 6.45pm to 7am The company offer excellent working conditions and employee welfare benefits.
