Day Carers, Healthcare - Jersey

We are partnering with our client in Jersey, who are looking to welcome dedicated Day Care Assistants into their established premises. In this permanent role, you will support individuals in a care setting, helping them maintain their wellbeing, independence, and dignity. You will play a hands-on part in the day-to-day care activities, working closely with colleagues to provide safe, compassionate, and consistent support to service users. Key Skills and Experience Healthcare Worker – Experience or interest in working within a healthcare or care environment, providing practical and emotional support to individuals who may have varying levels of need. Assistant – A supportive mindset, comfortable following guidance from senior staff, helping with daily routines, and contributing positively to the smooth running of our client’s care services. We can only accept candidates who hold either Entitled/Entitled to Work Residential status at this time. Join Our Client's Team If you are a caring, reliable individual who wants to make a difference in a day care setting in Jersey, we would be delighted to discuss this opportunity with you.
