Finance Assistant (part qualified)

Position: Finance Assistant (part qualified) Contract Type: Temporary - ASAP Pay: £14.50-£17 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits Location: Stratford, London Adecco Romford & London East are looking for a part‑qualified Finance Assistant to provide practical, hands‑on support to a friendly finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong core finance experience who can step in quickly and keep day‑to‑day processes running smoothly. What you'll be doing: Processing purchase and sales invoices and handling related queries Supporting credit control and supplier purchase order management Assisting with month‑end tasks including reconciliations and accruals Ensuring accurate financial tracking across projects and activitiesWhat we're looking for: Part‑qualified or studying (AAT / ACCA / CIMA) Around 3+ years in a finance or accounts role Confident with core finance processes and month‑end routines Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar finance systems would be advantageous Exposure to project‑based or event finance would be idealIf you are a Finance Assistant with a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail we'd love to hear from you.
