Workshop Technician - London - up to £45,000 + Benefits - Ref 2017 I am currently recruiting for a Workshop Technician to work for a cutting-edge engineering company based in London. Salary up to £45,000 + Benefits. The organisation is a well-established yet rapidly growing global business, recognised for delivering a wide range of market-leading products. In line with demand and to support the business with their growth plans they have the need to appoint a Workshop Technician on a permanent basis. In this role as a Workshop Technician, you'll be required to work on the shopfloor where you will support research and development teams by building and assembling prototypes, components, and product assemblies. In addition to this, you will also be creating the necessary tooling, jigs, and fixtures to facilitate their development. Essential requirements: A minimum of 5 Years experience working as a Workshop Technician, Workshop Engineer, Workshop fitter or similar Experience with 3D CAD (Ideally solidworks) Experience with programming, setting, and operating CNC Machines Knowledge of Sheet Metal fabricationThis is an excellent opportunity for a workshop Technician to join a highly regarded organisation offering long term career development and progression within a dynamic and innovative environment.
