Field-Based - West London
I'm working with a well-established, growing workplace services business that's looking to appoint a Regional Service Manager to take ownership of its West London region.
This is a genuine regional leadership role with responsibility for people, customers, and commercial performance. You'll have autonomy, visibility, and a clear remit to run your patch properly.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the West London region, leading a Team Leader and a wider service team of around 10-15 people operating across multiple client sites.
Day to day, this includes:
Leading, supporting, and developing your regional service team
Owning key client relationships and acting as the senior point of contact
Managing service levels, customer experience, and regional NPS
Delivering regional profitability, with oversight of contracts, pricing, and renewals
Handling escalations and seeing issues through to resolution
Using KPIs and data to drive performance and continuous improvement
The role is field-based, spending most of your time at client sites across West London, with occasional travel to Head Office.
About You
This will suit someone who enjoys running a region rather than sitting behind a desk. You'll be comfortable managing people, customers, and numbers at the same time.
You'll likely have experience in:
Managing operational or service teams (onsite and remote)
Leading within a service-led, B2B environment
Managing client relationships and customer performance
Working with commercial end-users or facilities-related contracts
Holding P&L or budget responsibility
Above all, you'll be someone who takes ownership, supports their team properly, and isn't afraid to make decisions.
Salary & Benefits
£52,500 - £57,500 basic salary
Quarterly company bonus plus annual performance-related bonus
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
BUPA cash plan
Lunch provided
Ongoing learning and development
The business has a strong retention record and a values-led culture without being overly corporate.
