Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor Location: City of London Salary: £55,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Permanent, Full-Time   A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their on-site team at a high-profile commercial facility in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a supervisory position within a professional environment offering clear career progression and long-term stability.   What you'll do: Oversee a team of engineers delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems. Support the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service level expectations. Monitor works across systems including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fault finding, and general plant maintenance. Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operational delivery. Assist with compliance, maintenance planning, reporting, and general site administration duties. Act as a key point of contact for site stakeholders and engineering queries. What you'll bring: City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline. Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance. Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience (desirable). Strong technical knowledge across electrical and mechanical systems. Good organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
