As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, ensuring children feel safe, supported, and inspired every day.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Support the implementation of a child-centred curriculum
Identify and maximise learning opportunities in everyday routines
Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and their families
Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain a positive and nurturing environment
Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and wellbeing are maintained
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working across Early Years age groups
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for child development and outdoor learning
