Mechanical Engineer – Split Days Kings Cross £48,000 + benefits We’re currently recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established building services team on a split days shift pattern across a commercial site in London. The Role: You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across all mechanical systems, ensuring the building operates safely and efficiently. Key duties include: • Maintenance of HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves) • Fault finding and reactive repairs • PPMs in line with compliance standards • Working closely with on-site teams and clients • Ensuring all work is completed to high H&S standards What we’re looking for: • Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • Strong experience within building services / commercial maintenance • Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical plant • Client-facing and professional attitude Shift Pattern: Split days (early/late rotation) This is a great opportunity to join a stable contract offering long-term progression and a competitive salary.
