With a strong reputation for technical expertise, reliability and customer service, they work across both commercial and residential sectors and are continuing to grow, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Service & Maintenance Engineer Role & Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive service calls and remedial works on a range of fire and security systems * Servicing and maintaining CCTV, access control, fire alarm and integrated electronic security systems * Completing small works, repairs and system upgrades across residential and commercial properties * Ensuring all works are completed in line with British Standards, health & safety regulations and industry best practice * Working collaboratively with colleagues while also being capable of working independently in the field Service & Maintenance Engineer Skills & Experience Required: * Proven experience working within the Fire & Security industry (5 years minimum) * Strong working knowledge of fire alarm systems, CCTV and access control systems * Previous experience carrying out preventative maintenance and fault-finding on electronic security systems * Relevant industry qualifications such as NSI, LPCB, City & Guilds or equivalent would be advantageous * Experience with Entrotec systems would be highly beneficial * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively * Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) * Must be able to pass DBS / security screening checks DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY – APPLY NOW Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers Please note that if you have not been contacted within 7 days, your application for this position has been unsuccessful
