KeyResponsibilities

Manageend-to-endoceanfreightshipments,includingimportandexportoperations
Coordinatemulti-modaltransportmovements(sea,road,andairwhererequired)
Completefullandaccuratecustomsentriesinlinewithcurrentregulations
Liaisewithshippinglines,hauliers,customsauthorities,andinternalteams
Provideexceptionalcustomerservice,actingasakeypointofcontactforclients
Monitorshipmentprogressandproactivelyresolveanyissuesordelays
Prepareandprocessinvoicingandbilling,ensuringaccuracyandtimeliness
Maintaincompliancewithallrelevantindustryandcustomsregulations

KeyRequirements

Provenexperienceinafreightforwarding
Strongoceanfreightknowledge(essential)
Experiencecompletingfullcustomsentriesindependently
Familiaritywithmulti-modaltransportoperations
Excellentcustomerserviceandcommunicationskills xwzovoh
Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytoworkunderpressure
Experiencewithbillingandinvoicingprocesses
