Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and engaging classroom environment. Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Contribute to the wider school community and department development. Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths education. Excellent classroom management skills. Committed to raising attainment and supporting student progress.
