Commissioning Engineer

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be exclusively partnering with our longstanding client who are looking to appoint a number of commissioning engineers to their growing team. This role will mostly work within the healthcare sector, along with the industrial sector. You will be working across leading NHS trusts, private medical hospitals and industrial customers. This role will be responsible for call-out and repair of IPS systems such as Theatre control panels, operating lights, medical tables, turnkey theatre packages and other industrial products. Job Description * Commissioning and servicing of medical IT systems, surgeons' control panels, theatre operating lights, medical tables and pendants * Servicing 3rd party equipment as above * Forming part of a call out system and responding within requirements and timescales * Support the Industrial Team for on-site technical commissioning and servicing as required * Provide remote service monitoring and data analysis * Attending site meetings as required * Uploading programmes on completion of projects Skills Required * Electrician 18th Edition * Clean driving licence * Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) * JIB gold card * SSSTS Card would be preferable * DBS checks will be required Benfits Package 💰 Salary: £42,000 (based on 37.5 hours per week including an average of 20 hours out-of-hours work per month) 💰 Additional Pay: Up to £20,000 (for overtime and / or out-of-hours work beyond what is covered in the salary) 🎯 Bonus: Eligible to participate in the annual company bonus scheme 🚗Car Entitlement: A company van will be provided 🏖️ Holiday Entitlement: 25 days + 8 bank holidays with a buy/sell leave scheme in place at the start of each holiday year 💼 Pension: 6% employer contribution 🛍️ Benefits: Access to various high-street discounts 🩺 Wellbeing: Single private medical cover and access to an employee assistance programme 🎉 Social: Regular opportunities to meet and interact with colleagues on a social basis 📈 Development Opportunities: We provide opportunities for professional growth and development, and are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence 🏠 Remote Working: You will be based from home for this role with a requirement to travel to customer sites within your region
