Smile Education is working in partnership with a vibrant secondary school near Birmingham seeking an enthusiastic and imaginative Drama Teacher to take centre stage in their performing arts department. 🎭 About the Opportunity
This is more than just a teaching role—you’ll be shaping performances, building confidence, and helping students find their voice both on and off the stage. You’ll have the freedom to bring drama to life through practical, engaging lessons and exciting productions.

Deliver dynamic Drama lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5
Encourage creativity, collaboration, and performance skills
Direct and support school productions, showcases, or clubs
Create a safe and inclusive space where students can express themselves

A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject
QTS (or equivalent)
A passion for theatre, performance, and student development
