About the role
Portfolio HR & Reward are delighted to be representing a dynamic, global business that are seeking a Temporary Compensation Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role is due to last around 3 months, with view of extension and potential to go permanent.
The role is fully remote and offers a competitive day rate, dependant on experience.
Key duties of the role include;
Consulting employees surrounding compensation policies and procedures
Supporting with reporting incl. UK Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency Directive
Supporting with the job architecture roll out
Engaging in surveys across Europe
Developing relationships with employees and key business leaders across the company
The right candidate will have previous multi-country experience, have experience using WTW/Mercer, and adopt a pro-active adaptable approach to the role.
