Job Title: HV Electrical Shift Lead Engineer – Critical Site Location: Croydon Shift Pattern: Continental Shift (Days & Nights) Salary: £60k + Shift Allowance + Bonus The Opportunity A well-established Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced HV Electrical Shift Lead Engineer to take a leading role at a large, critical site in Croydon. This is an environment where reliability is everything. The site operates around the clock, and the engineering team plays a direct role in maintaining uptime and protecting essential infrastructure. The successful candidate will act as the lead engineer on shift, taking ownership of electrical systems and guiding the team through both routine operations and high-pressure situations. The right individual will be calm under pressure, technically capable, and confident in managing both systems and people.
