This is a stable, long-term role with realistic workloads, proper support, and clear earning potential.

Pay & Benefits

• £14.50 per hour
• £30,160 basic salary
• OTE £35,000 £40,000+
• Paid travel time

The Job

• Planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
• Plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general fabric repairs
• Grounds maintenance where required
• Fault finding and problem solving
• Supporting planned preventative maintenance
• Part of a fair on-call rota

• Multi-trade experience (essential)
