Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy service team. This is a fast-paced and varied position suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys solving problems while delivering excellent customer service. What’s on Offer: Job type: Full-time, permanent Location: Farnham Salary: £34,000 per annum Key Responsibilities Coordinate requests, liaising with customers to minimise downtime Log and manage incoming calls and requests Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates Input information accurately on a daily basis Chase purchase order numbers Produce estimates for clients Resolve customer invoice queries in a timely manner Cover other départements during peak periods and holidays Support colleagues and contribute to overall team success Ensure all communication is handled in a professional, polite, and diplomatic manner  Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload Confident working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and organisational skills Strong problem-solving ability with a “can do” attitude Comfortable handling phone-based customer contact  Our Ideal Candidate A proactive and reliable team player Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations Highly organised with strong time management skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude Able to build strong working relationships internally and externally Willing to adapt and support the wider team when needed  How to Apply If you are an experienced Customer Service Advisor or Coordinator looking for a fast-paced and rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you.
