Exciting Projects – Work on varied sector projects and leave a lasting legacy Career Growth – Clear progression pathways and continuous professional development Competitive Package – Enjoy a competitive salary and great benefits with volunteering days, and flexible and hybrid working options The Document Controller shall be responsible for daily information management on live projects using our Electronic Document Management System (Viewpoint for Projects) to include: ~ The set-up of new Projects on Viewpoint for Projects. ~ Agreement and production of project File Naming Conventions. ~ Onboarding external Consultants and Subcontractors ~ Viewpoint for Projects to Aconex, Asite, Business Collaborator CEMAR etc.). ~ Dealing with queries from all internal and external project users in a professional manner. ~ Completing daily Quality Assurance reviews. ~Ad hoc duties as required. Work with Document Management Systems. Competency with the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Use of Viewpoint for Projects would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
