Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential clients to support our sales pipeline. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by researching prospects, initiating contact, and booking appointments for the sales team. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn Engage prospects to understand their needs and assess suitability Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation strategies Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships ✅ Requirements Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in cold calling and outreach Ability to research and identify decision-makers Organised with strong attention to detail Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 💡 Key Skills Lead qualification Prospecting & research Communication & persuasion Time management Resilience and persistence
