Location: Ringwood, Hampshire & Verwood, Eastern, Dorset Salary: £30,000£45,000 basic (DOE) OTE: £45,000£55,000 Year 1 | £50,000£60,000 Year 2 | £65,000+ Year 3 Hours: 40 hours per week (includes alternate Saturday mornings)

There are opportunities within the business for those who wish to develop, take on additional responsibility, or increase their earnings, although this is not essential for success in the role.
The Role
Assessment and treatment of a varied musculoskeletal caseload
Maintenance of electronic patient records
Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team with inter-referral between practitioners
Delivery of high-standard hands-on clinical care within efficient timeframes
Participation in weekly mentoring, CPD, and in-house training (1:1 sessions and team workshops)
Earnings & Workload
Hybrid pay structure combining a basic salary with productivity-based commission
Realistic OTE of £45,000£55,000 in Year 1 (based on ~80% clinical capacity)
Progression to £50,000£60,000 in Year 2 and £65,000+ in Year 3
Approximately 90%+ of patients are provided by the clinic
Appointment times initially range from 3060 minutes, reducing as confidence and efficiency develop
Requirements
Essential
BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
Registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council)
Valid professional indemnity insurance
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (required to travel between Ringwood and Verwood)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional manner
Strong manual therapy skills
Passion for patient care
Highly motivated with a commitment to ongoing clinical development
IT competent (able to use systems for clinical notes)
Desirable
Personal training or gym instructor qualifications
Dry needling and/or massage qualifications
Interest in lower limb biomechanics
Strength and conditioning background or interest
Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians
