Site Manager Knightsbridge, Central London Competitive Salary + Package High-End Residential Main Contractor Permanent PositionI am currently working in partnership with a highly respected High-End Residential Main Contractor who specialise in delivering luxury new build, bespoke fit out, and complex cut & carve refurbishment projects ranging from £1m to £25m across West and Central London. Due to the award of a prestigious scheme, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team and play a key role in delivering a prime residential project in Knightsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with an outstanding reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and delivering architecturally significant projects in Prime Central London. The Project The scheme involves the refurbishment and structural reconfiguration of a high-value residential property in Knightsbridge, incorporating complex cut & carve works, structural alterations, and a high-specification internal fit out with bespoke finishes. The project requires exceptional attention to detail, strong coordination, and experience managing specialist subcontractors within high-end residential environments. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and quality expectations Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance Coordinating trades, materials, and logistics Monitoring workmanship and ensuring high-quality finishes Identifying and resolving site issues proactively Supporting progress reporting and site meetings Ensuring the site is organised, safe, and operating efficiently Assisting with project delivery through to completion and handoverYou will play a key role in ensuring the successful on-site delivery of a prestigious residential scheme. Requirements Proven experience working as a Site Manager for a main contractor Experience delivering high-end residential, refurbishment, or fit out projects Experience working on cut & carve or structural refurbishment projects preferred Strong organisational and coordination skills Excellent attention to detail and quality control Professional and client-facing approachRequired certifications: SMSTS CSCS Card First AidWhy Join?
