Are you a Facilities Coordinator looking to step up into an Assistant Facilities Manager role with a fast-growing company?
I am currently supporting a growing Facilities Management business with their recruitment for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team in Newport.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business, working closely with senior management and playing a key role in the day-to-day running of FM operations across multiple contracts.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Head of FM with the day-to-day management of contracts
Coordinating planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance works
Managing and prioritising incoming jobs via email, phone, and CAFM systems
Overseeing office functions and supporting the FM Administrator
Maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular updates
Assisting with quotations, scheduling, and general operations
Supporting monthly invoicing and basic financial administration Skills & Experience:
Experience within Facilities Management or a similar environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer-facing ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Experience with CAFM systems (desirable)
