Care Workers Required

The Bellfield Centre is looking for an  experienced, dynamic and dedicated Intermediate Care Worker to join our vibrant and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in social care who is passionate about making a real and lasting difference to the lives of older people using our integrated Intermediate Care service. As an Intermediate Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting older people to regain independence, improve wellbeing and achieve their personal outcomes. You will work as part of a fully integrated health and social care team, providing high‑quality, person‑centred care and support. Has experience working as a Social Care Assistant or in a similar care role Is passionate about improving outcomes for older people Understands Intermediate Care and its role in supporting recovery and independence SVQ Level 2 in Social Care Experience delivering professional care and support to older adults Ability to work effectively within a busy and evolving care environment Work within a modern, fully integrated health and social care facility Apply now and help shape the future of Intermediate Care at the Bellfield Centre.
