Resident Liaison Officer

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy team carrying on liaison pre commencement works – which will cover address list around the Manchester, Oldham and some sites in Merseyside. Key Details: Location: Salford, Greater Manchester Hourly Rate: £18.59 (contract Umbrella Rate) or - £14.09 basic plus £1.70 Holiday pay. Contract Type: Umbrella PAYE or PAYE Duration: Initially 17 weeks Guaranteed – potential for contract to be extended Start Date: ASAP - after compliance checks have been made  Requirements: Proven experience working with residents in K&B schemes for housing stock in a similar role for planned refurbishment works.  Must be able to work independently Van and fuel card - only for business miles This is a great opportunity for resident Liaison / tenant Liaison officer to join a respected contractor with consistent work.
