You will provide assistance both 1:1 and in small group settings, helping learners to engage with the curriculum, build independence, and develop essential life skills. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualised support to students with autism and complex learning needs. Assist teachers with planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons. Implement personalised learning programmes and effective behaviour management strategies. Provide emotional and pastoral support, promoting well-being and positive relationships. Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.Requirements: Previous experience supporting children with autism and complex needs (essential). A calm, patient, and empathetic approach when working with learners. Strong behaviour management and de-escalation abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
