As a Senior Buyer, you'll take ownership of the daywear category, working closely with Design, Merchandising and suppliers to deliver trend-led, commercially successful ranges. You'll trade your department daily, react quickly to customer demand and play a key role in driving sales, margin and profitability. Responsibilities * Develop and trade commercially successful product ranges. * Work closely with Design and Merchandising to build balanced, profitable collections. * Analyse sales and market trends to identify opportunities and manage risk. * Source and develop products with suppliers while negotiating costs and improving margins. * Manage the critical path to ensure products launch on time. * Carry out competitor analysis and identify gaps within the range. * Build strong supplier relationships and travel where required. * Support and mentor junior members of the Buying team. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and drive business growth. About You * Previous experience as a Womenswear Buyer within fashion retail with experience across day dresses & tops. * Strong commercial awareness with a trend-led approach. * Confident trading a department and making commercial decisions. * Analytical, with strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret sales data. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Experience within an e-commerce or test-and-repeat retail model is advantageous.
