Machine Operator

Machine Operator We’re recruiting a Machine Operator to run surface mount (SMT) equipment in a busy manufacturing environment. If you’re confident working to process, keeping quality high, and want a role with long-term prospects, we’d like to hear from you. You’ll be responsible for setting up, loading, and operating surface mount machines, carrying out basic checks, and following drawings/instructions to ensure the line runs smoothly. What you’ll be doing * Operate and monitor surface mount (SMT) machines during production * Load/unload machines and replenish components/materials as needed * Carry out routine inspection checks to confirm quality standards are met * Work from instructions and drawings and report any issues Choose the shift pattern that works for you: early shift or late shift. Shift patterns & pay Early shift Monday–Thursday: 06:00–14:15 Friday: 06:00–14:00 Pay: £12.83 per hour (rising to £13.21 per hour after 6 months) Late shift Monday–Thursday: 13:00–23:00 Pay: £14.75 per hour (rising to £15.19 per hour after 6 months) If you are looking for a new opportunity then please apply now!
