Mot Tester

The Role: Silcom Recruitment is excited to be seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join a respected automotive service team on the outskirts of Winchester. As an MOT Tester, you’ll be responsible for ensuring vehicle roadworthiness and safety, working efficiently to meet productivity standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. We welcome applications from fully qualified MOT Testers, including those who are qualified by experience. Responsibilities & Requirements of an MOT Tester: Conduct MOT tests and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and roadworthiness standards. Identify and diagnose issues, performing necessary repairs to maintain vehicle performance. Complete MOT and service documentation accurately, ensuring quality standards are upheld. Proven experience as an MOT Tester, with relevant certifications or qualified by experience. Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ***MY CLIENT WILL ALSO CONSIDER PART TIME HOURS FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE, PLEASE APPLY FOR FURTHER INFOMATION ON THIS*** The Package: Salary: £38,000 Basic Salary. OTE - £41,000 Uncapped! Subject to efficiency and productivity.
