Temporary Assembly Operator Location: Dundee Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour Contract: Ongoing Temporary Role (following 6-8 weeks' training) Hours: Monday to Friday, Dayshift, 39 hours per week Are you looking for stable weekday hours, competitive pay and the chance to work in a precision‑focused manufacturing environment? Due to continued demand, we are recruiting multiple Temporary Assembly Operators to join a skilled and supportive production team. You will play a vital role in the assembly of high‑quality products, working with small, detailed components where accuracy and consistency matter. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in doing things right first time, and are comfortable following structured processes in a professional manufacturing setting. What You Will Be Doing Precision Assembly Assembling small and intricate components that require excellent dexterity, attention to detail and steady concentration. Following Instructions Working from written and visual work instructions to ensure each component is assembled correctly and consistently. Quality Focus Maintaining high standards of workmanship, carrying out visual checks and ensuring your output meets production requirements. Health & Safety Compliance Following all on‑site health and safety procedures to maintain a safe, well‑organised working environment. Team Contribution Working independently while contributing to wider team targets, taking responsibility for your own productivity and quality.
