Package & Benefits • Salary £26,000–£30,000 per annum. • Bonus potential taking total earnings to circa £40,000. • Remote working with sporadic quarterly office travel following initial office-based induction. • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays. • Pension scheme and employee discounts. About the Company You’ll be joining an expanding insurance broker that has grown significantly following recent investment. The business is commercially focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering practical insurance solutions through strong insurer relationships and quality client service. Key Responsibilities • Manage new and existing clients across a range of commercial insurance requirements. • Provide quotations, process mid-term adjustments, and ensure cover remains accurate and competitive. • Place risks with insurer partners across liability, property, motor fleet, and combined commercial policies. • Complete all work in line with FCA requirements and internal compliance standards. About You • Minimum 12 months’ experience within commercial insurance. • Experience handling risks such as liability, property, motor fleet, or combined commercial policies. • Background in an advisory, broking, or client-facing insurance environment.
