Delivering outstanding EYFS standards. Driving occupancy and performance. Managing budgets and compliance. Creating a culture that retains great staff. Who We’re Looking For: Experienced Nursery Manager (2+ years). Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted. Commercially aware (occupancy, budgets). Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ preferred). Leads with clarity, consistency, and professionalism. Takes pride in developing people and maintaining standards.
