About the role
My clients are in the healthcare sector, and they’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team! You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, nurses, and healthcare partners, ensuring they receive outstanding service from start to finish.
Customer Service Assistant responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare professionals
* Process orders accurately and efficiently
* Manage and resolve queries related to products, services, and deliveries
* Investigate delays or delivery issues with a solution-focused approach
* Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are completed on time
Skills & experience required:
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Empathetic, patient, and able to communicate with people of all backgrounds
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Comfortable learning and using new technology
* Effective problem solver with strong attention to detail
* Motivated, reliable, and a true team player
* Able to prioritise multiple urgent tasks
