Job Description: Retail Specialist
C£36,000 plus fully equipped company van, work wear, mobile, laptop, fuel card and 25 days paid holiday.
Your role is to deliver the companys retail strategy and grow the brand through innovative retail displays and customer support.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan regular visits to all stockists in your region to review retail impact.
Identify and advise on prime positions for product displays and POS material.
Manage and implement all necessary improvements, installations, refurbishment and relocation of in-store displays.
Communicate effectively between all departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Work with the marketing team to support promotions.
Maintain accurate records via a central CRM system.
Travel extensively throughout the UK with up to 2 nights away each week.

Candidate profile: Retail Specialist

A central UK location and the ability to travel extensively throughout the UK
Extensive retail experience to Department Manager, Store Manager or Area Manager level.
The ability to identify and improve store layouts to increase sales
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
High energy, determination and ambition
Salary/Benefits Information:
The successful candidate will receive a negotiable basic salary c£35,000- £36,000, a fully expensed and equipped company van, workwear, 25 days holiday, laptop, mile and fuel card as well as attractive pension and healthcare benefits.
