- £47,000 plus hybrid working and wider benefits packageRole responsibilities will include but not limited to:Preparation of monthly and quarterly reportingOversee smooth day to day running of the Finance DepartmentMonthly presentation meetings with the BoardMonitor, review and reconciliation of the Balance Sheet with supporting documentationBank Reconciliation Review and oversee Accounts Payables and ReceivablesProvide financial analysis and insights for Management to support business decisions and identify performance driversPreparation of bi-annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processesDriving financial discipline to ensure compliant sound and effective financial managementIdentify areas to improve efficiency and accuracy through documented process improvements and the use of finance softwareAct as a key contact for external auditors during the Year End auditSupport Accounts Assistant with ongoing training for growth in the rolePerson specification:Currently working a role producing end to end management account packsAbility to demonstrate flexibility, agility and embrace change within a dynamic environment in a growing company.Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and must be able to interact with internal and external partnersAbility to work effectively within a small team, be highly organised and work well under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate level skills in Excel.£42,000
