About the role

We are currently recruiting three Support Workers to join a supported living service in Ballymena, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

This is a three-month temporary position within a small, welcoming residential environment.

This service supports a small number of adults who live together in a shared supported living house.

The aim of the service is to promote independence, choice and inclusion, helping residents maintain their daily routines while providing the support they need to live safely and confidently within their home and community.

Shift Information: A variety of shifts are available including: Morning shifts Afternoon shifts Night duties Sleepover shifts Pay Rate: £13.50
- £17.50 Requirements: NISCC registered A minimum of 3 months experience in a healthcare/support setting where personal care has been provided A caring, patient and reliable approach to supporting vulnerable xwzovoh adults An Enhanced Access NI check will be completed prior to start date What We Will Offer You A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) Inclusion into our company pension scheme Free Comprehensive and ongoing annual training courses Weekly pay 24 Hour on call service that can be accessed for emergencies
