Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias) Salary: Circa £53,000 per annum Location: North Walsall area Shift Pattern: 12 hour continental shift pattern (4-on & 4-off) Benefits: Regular overtime opportunities, contributory pension scheme, annual bonus, tool allowance, life assurance programme The Company: This opportunity sits within a long-established heavy engineering and manufacturing site that supplies components into major UK industries. The facility operates at scale, with a mix of automated and traditional production processes, and continues to invest in both equipment and workforce capability. You’ll be joining a site with a strong engineering culture, modernising plant, and a steady pipeline of work, offering both stability and ongoing technical challenge.
