Night Transport Co-Ordinator

My client are currently seeking a Night Transport Co-Ordinator to join their transport and logistics operation based in Warrington. This is a key night-shift role, responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient running of transport operations. Key Responsibilities * Co-ordinate and oversee night-time transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules * Monitor vehicle movements using transport and vehicle tracking systems * Act as the main point of contact for drivers during the night shift, providing support and issue resolution * Manage and respond to any operational issues, delays or incidents as they arise * Ensure compliance with transport regulations, company policies and procedures * Complete accurate reporting and administration using Microsoft Office applications About You * Previous experience in Transport or Logistics operations is essential * Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experience with transport management or vehicle tracking systems * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and make decisions during night operations * Excellent communication skills What We Offer * Competitive salary of £29,500 * Structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern offering work-life balance * A stable and supportive working environment * Opportunity to play a vital role within a busy transport operation If you have the experience and resilience required to manage night-time transport operations and are looking for your next challenge, feel free to apply with your CV
