Head of Projects – Building Services / M&E Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + Package Type: Permanent A well-established multi-discipline contractor delivering facilities management, small works, M&E services and full project delivery across multiple sectors is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Projects to oversee operational delivery across multiple projects and project teams. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual with a strong background in mechanical and electrical contracting who can drive performance, manage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to programme. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover Lead and mentor project management teams Manage programme performance, commercial awareness and operational delivery Build and maintain strong client relationships Support business growth and strategic planning Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards Work closely with directors and senior management teams Requirements Proven experience in a senior operational/project leadership role within M&E or building services Strong commercial and contractual awareness Experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams Relevant technical or industry qualifications desirable Package Competitive basic salary Car allowance or company vehicle Pension scheme Bonus potential Career progression within a growing business To apply or discuss further, please contact Frontline Construction Recruitment
