Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer Nottingham (Office-based) £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) An established, long-standing Building Services consultancy with over 50 years' industry presence is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their growing Nottingham office. This is a business with a strong pipeline of secured work and an enviable client base, delivering projects across healthcare, public sector, commercial, leisure, and specialist sectors. With around 80% of work coming from repeat clients, they've built a reputation for quality delivery and long-term partnerships - to the point where new work consistently lands without the need for active business development. The Role You'll take ownership of electrical design delivery across a diverse portfolio, overseeing projects from initial survey through to handover. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where engineers are trusted to manage the full lifecycle, rather than being siloed into specific stages. Projects are varied and engaging, including: Healthcare schemes and NHS frameworks Large-scale leisure developments (including significant work with Centre Parcs) Long-term retail partnerships (notably a 15+ year relationship with Urban Outfitters across the UK & Europe) Decarbonisation projects within the education sector Emergency services and fire & rescue frameworksYou'll be client-facing, working closely with stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure technically robust and commercially viable solutions.
