The Supply Register is working in partnership with the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust to recruit an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming primary school based in Grantham. This is a full‑time, temporary role supporting pupils across EYFS and KS1, ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the classroom and making a real difference to children’s learning and wellbeing. About the Role As a Primary Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you’ll support pupils throughout the school day, working closely with the class teacher to help deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support where needed. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring pupils feel confident, supported, and ready to learn.
