Internal Recruiter | FM | City of London | 4 days on site | £36,000 + commission Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 A growing services business in the City of London is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join its head office team. This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the thick of hiring activity, working closely with managers, and making a real difference to how teams are built. Fast-paced, people-focused, and full of variety, no two days will look the same. You will take ownership of recruitment across the business, becoming a go-to person for all things hiring. You will work closely with managers, understand what great looks like in each team, and bring in the right people to help the business grow. Key responsibilities Running end-to-end recruitment from first brief to offer stage Working closely with hiring managers to shape roles and hiring plans Sourcing talent through job boards, LinkedIn and direct search Speaking with candidates, spotting potential, and managing interviews Keeping the process moving and making sure candidates have a smooth experience Building strong pipelines so roles are filled quickly and effectively Keeping systems up to date and processes running cleanly Supporting relationships with external agencies where neededRequirements Recruitment experience - internal preferred Confidence juggling multiple roles at once Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder Proactive mindset, someone who gets things moving rather than waitingThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment at pace, likes talking to people all day, and wants to be right at the centre of how a business grows.
