About the Role As a Therapeutic Worker with OnPoint Care, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma, adversity, or disrupted attachments. You’ll work within residential settings to provide consistent, emotionally attuned care that promotes safety, stability, and positive development. Your role will involve building trusting relationships, supporting emotional regulation, implementing therapeutic strategies, and contributing to a structured, child‑centred environment. Every shift you work will make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life.
