M&E Project Manager

JLL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects across prestigious events venues and premium commercial environments in Central London. The Role Manage multiple small works, fit-out, and M&E projects in occupied high-end venues and flagship corporate headquarters. Deliver technical excellence while maintaining seamless operations where downtime isn't an option. Key Responsibilities * Deliver complete project lifecycles from specification through closeout * Manage contractor performance and lead diverse project teams * Ensure H&S compliance including CDM regulations * Budget control and P&L responsibility * Proactive client liaison in high-profile commercial and events spaces * Quality audits and performance management * Pipeline development and business growth opportunities Essential Requirements Certifications (Mandatory) * IOSH or higher * SMSTS * CSCS Gold Card (preferred) Experience & Skills * 5-10 years in facilities or construction management * Competent knowledge of M&E systems and building fabric * Track record in high-end commercial, corporate, or events environments * Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in pressured environments * Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook * Experience in live operational environments (events venues/premium office space advantageous) Ideal Candidate Autonomous delivery capability with client-facing professionalism. Discretion in high-profile settings with ability to balance technical delivery and relationship management. Experience executing work with minimal disruption to premium operations.
