Sales Executive - New Business  Telford, fully office based Up to £32k basic salary + Bonus up to £6k per annum. Attitude over experience. Drive over background. Results over everything. What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Executive Proactively identify and win new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from initial contact through to close Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients Deliver against realistic but rewarding sales targets Conduct client meetings across the UK (travel required) Work closely with internal teams to follow up on leads and enquiries Gather market insight and customer feedback to support growth strategy What We’re Looking For This role is all about mindset.
